Do You Feel Stuck?
Truly stuck, it doesn't feel like one feeling. It feels like being in a loop.
*In the body, it's heavy.*
Tight chest. Shallow breathing. That irratation it sits in the stomach like a knot. Feeling tired even after sleep. And feels like moving though treacle.
